Its Board of Directors comprises of Filipino and Korean nationals, working together to supply competent Filipino seafarers to Korean shipowners through Panstar Shipping Co. Ltd. The company’s Chairman and President, Capt. Gaudencio C. Morales, has been leading the company since its inception.
